As Director Sales for BFSI, you will lead a high performing Sales Team to drive increased sales bookings and deliver improved productivity while enhancing customer satisfaction for our BFSI Accounts across India.
In this role, you would provide the vision and direction for our India GTM strategy including:
Establishing Cisco Value proposition in BFSI segment
Establishing impactful relationships with all internal (Architectures, Services, Marketing, Channel) and external stakeholders (Partners, Distributors, Consultants)
Providing vision and leadership to in-country teams, enhance sales team productivity through strong leadership and productivity enhancements
In this leadership role, you will report directly to the Managing Director & Country Head, Enterprise – Rajesh Shetty. You would have a strong, well-established team across India, with cross-matrix reporting of supporting Virtual and Field teams. This position is based in Cisco Mumbai office, Bandra Kurla Complex.
Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent Customer relationship & people management skills with a strong knack navigating and extracting value out of in-country and global cross-matrix organization.
Deep knowledge of BFSI sector, understanding of trends and the impact of technology on these trends
You should be able to discuss Cisco India business and functions with executives, both internal and external to Cisco on a Regional and Global basis
Lead and deliver balanced sales performance across the BFSI sector portfolio by building a sales management infrastructure capable of maintaining high growth rates while demonstrating strong pipeline, forecasting, and sales assessment predictability.
You would need to be able to actively recruit, motivate, and manage a highly effective sales organization that is accountable and that delivers clear results.
