This role will be accountable for hands-on leadership, client management, and end-to-end delivery of Freestyle IT initiatives, reporting to the CCNA IT Freestyle Leader. This leader will be responsible for management and successful delivery of the innovative and differentiating capabilities that would meet the needs of the Freestyle business. In close partnership with the business, he/she must be able to implement and manage agile practices that would enhance the IT capability delivery speed, while improving the operational excellence and stability.
Function Specific Activities:

This role will be accountable for hands-on leadership, client management, and end-to-end delivery of Freestyle IT initiatives, reporting to the CCNA IT Freestyle Leader. This leader will be responsible for management and successful delivery of the innovative and differentiating capabilities that would meet the needs of the Freestyle business. In close partnership with the business, he/she must be able to implement and manage agile practices that would enhance the IT capability delivery speed, while improving the operational excellence and stability.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

Lead ideation, planning, design, build, and delivery of high quality IT solutions; supporting the Freestyle business capability roadmap
Oversee Demand Control Processes, Resource Planning/Scheduling, Delivery Monitoring, Financial Control, and Value Measurement of the Portfolio under management
Partner closely with various Business & IT stakeholders to understand strategic alignment opportunities, identify dependencies/risks, define mitigation plans, and balance challenging trade-offs between short/long term goals/priorities, architectural decisions, and holistic value across the portfolio.
Implement agile program/project management policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and transparent execution across the portfolio. Provide detailed, accurate and timely updates on progress of the portfolio against the targets
Maintain influential knowledge of fast evolving technology trends. Set vision and strategy for the leveraged use of latest IoT, AI, Dispenser software and connectivity innovations
Ensure successful execution of IT strategies, architecture guidelines and standards
Work closely with various external partner(s) through all aspects of solution delivery and enforce CCNA IT's governance and controls framework. Simultaneously attain continuous improvements in service delivery and cost effectiveness

Serve as a Coach and Mentor within the organization and provide career coaching and direction to team members
Education Requirements:

BA/BS required
BA/BS in Information Technology, Business, Management or industry-related curriculum preferred
MBA preferred
Related Work Experience:

Comfortable and confident when speaking with clients as a technical expert and able to translate technical concepts into simple terminology for business client of various levels
Passionate about identifying and solving problems for customers with the ability to uncover business needs through direct interaction as well as quantitative or qualitative research to define compelling solutions
Familiarity with Freestyle Architecture and System Design
Excellent understanding of Agile/DevOps operating model. Experience and passion to work in a fast-paced Agile environment, delivering functional features in small time duration while utilizing automation tool sets
World Class Program & Project Execution: ability to manage the delivery of multiple complex and large-scale solution development initiatives (>$3 MM) across different functional/technical areas.
5+ years of experience in IT architecture, design, and large-scale solution delivery. 3+ years of increasing managerial responsibility.
Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend sound conclusions and implementation strategies
Team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Proven ability to manage complex processes and drive continuous process improvement
Foster a metrics-driven culture to drive accountability and transparency
Self-starter, self-confident and assured in personal abilities

Functional Skills:

Coordinate execution and implementation of approved projects within area of responsibility in order to execute the plan.
Coordinate the analysis of proposed projects (high-level project descriptions) with technology service providers (e.g., application development or infrastructure service providers) in order to determine resource requirements (people, hardware, software) and to provide consistent communication during the planning process.
Create a communications plan (e.g., memos, letters, plan review meetings, status lists) to ensure frequent, accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders and to solidify commitment to the project plan.
Lead resolution and re-planning activities with stakeholders to realign strategies and close identified gaps.
Manage or participate in cross-functional teams to promote technology strategies, analyze and test products, or perform pilot and first implementations of new technologies in order to integrate new technologies into the Company's Global infrastructure.
