The scope of the role covers our GTM strategy for consumer and commercial services, devices, and 1st and 3rd party cloud services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver against all GSMO FTO field implementation initiatives as assigned
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality while providing and receiving appropriate guidance to and from WW Commercial Business strategy and leadership teams
• Work across teams to pull together strategic initiatives and business insights from high level vision through execution plan
• Build a strong network of AVP/Country Manager, segment leader, and other global field stakeholder stakeholders with whom you will need to collaborate and help land new initiatives successfully.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in implementing strategic programs is preferred, change management capability and proven ability to work across engineering and sales and marketing teams
• Solid understanding of industry and Microsoft licensing and services models is required
• Proven capabilities of exemplary impact through cross-group collaboration and partnerships
• Relentless drive to get things done
• Proven ability to generate energy and drive constructive outcomes, and work through ambiguity to clarity
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong project and program management skills
• Understand the business/market and how Microsoft operate/competition operates. To then be able to use that knowledge to influence thinking, be comfortable analysing financial/performance/other data using BI and other tools to draw out insights and drive decisions.
• Ideal candidate must have over 12+ years of experience across a mix of sales, marketing and business strategy roles (including recent Microsoft experience)
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field is required, MBA is preferred.
