Focus on HNW and UHNW individuals and families, as well as institutions
Manage all aspects of client relationship, develop and maintain long-term relationships through strong personal networks and contacts
Build portfolio of clients using resources and expertise of JPMorgan’s platforms, products, services, and networks
Actively involve in prospecting and acquiring new clients, cultivate prospect lists and actively convert them into clients and deepen relationships
Understand each client’s wealth objects and investment requirements
Work in close partnership with Investors in proposing, delivering, and executing solutions for clients; as well as in indentifying new business opportunities
Maintaining client relationships, answering clients’ enquiries, day-to-day account operations
Update clients regularly on markets, portfolio performance, investments opportunities, risks
May require regular travel into coverage regions to foster relationships
Work with junior team members in preparing presentations and proposals, and send out various promotion items to clients on request
Keep track of Clients, AUMs and Revenues using our internal systems; periodic calculation of account performance
Work together with other teams in meeting all compliance, operational, and due diligence requirements
Oversee private client relationships by providing strategic advice based on each client’s wealth objectives. Provide access to specialists and manage clients’ investment portfolios
Responsible for working with other team members on client sponsorship / Know Your Client
Supervise, coach, and train junior staffs to maximize their individual contribution to the team as required
University degree holder and / or with 10+ years of professional experience in a similar capacity
Fluency in English required; Bahasa, Mandarin or any other regional languages and dialects is a plus
Strong presentation skills, an excellent communicator with client facing experience and existing HNW/UHNW client relationships preferably in Singapore, Malaysia, and/or Indonesia
Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of clients (private individuals and families)
Proven track record on investment sales and / or relationship management performance
Able to work under minimal supervision; adaptable to work in demanding environment
Detail-oriented and results-focused
Strong knowledge of local regulatory policies and guidelines
Strong knowledge of relevant financial markets and instruments
Appropriate local regulatory qualification
