In this role you'll become a key member of the Global People Services leadership team, responsible for driving an employee centric, simplistic and inspiring culture. You will play a significant role in developing and implementing the regional HR strategy and programs in support of short-term and long-term business goals. You'll always keep in sight the overall goal of ensuring our business truly has a culture that attracts and retains great employees, and an environment focused on developing best-in-class first-line managers. This leadership position has a diverse geographic, language, labor law, and client spread and will act as a key people leader in the region.
Assesses super-region needs and builds workforce plans to deliver impactful programs and projects for their region to drive business results.
Ensure a strong, positive and trusted relationship with employees and employee groups.
Actively engages with senior leaders of the organization to develop creative solutions to emerging employment needs.
Effectively communicate to a broad set of audiences and partner closely with other HR team members.
HR leader for mergers & acquisitions for the EMEA region.
Assesses, understands, and designs interventions that improve the regional practices to achieve business results.
Coach local clients (and off-shore managers with employees in region) on practices to increase competencies and effectiveness with handling under-performance.
Lead all workforce issues (investigations, grievances, complaints, disciplinary issues, terminations, etc) for the super region.
Requirements;
We are looking for someone with a solid and confirmed experience in a similar role, with similar experience in role and in scale.
Relevant academic qualifications - Bachelors, Masters or MBA.
Shown experience in operating in a complex, matrix structure organization
Experience of running remotely based team
Able to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment
Natural problem solver, with a test and learn mentality
Has experience delivering an effective HR function, leading and motivating change, and acting as an ambassador of change to your team and the wider business.
