The Director of Internal Communications will be a business partner first, and a communicator second. They’ll love working with leaders at all levels and will be energized by being a part of a fast-moving, innovative organization. They’ll also be passionate about using their communications skills to help amplify our culture and drive business results. The potential impact for this role is immense.
Key Responsibilities:

● Lead bi-weekly all company meetings and support CEO internal communications
● Oversee product and engineering communications
● Lead internal crisis communications
● Lead and deliver global communication programs
● Drive and support strategic internal events including our Global Leadership Summit
● Help shape the company narrative, culture and employee engagement across the company

Basic qualifications:

● 10+ years communications experience, including corporate internal communications

Preferred Qualifications:

● Leadership agility and demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior leaders
● Ability to effectively collaborate and influence at all levels and across functions and geographies
● Experience building, leading and developing teams
● Global experience and mindset
● Strong interpersonal, writing and creative skills
● Ability to prioritize and move fast, and thrive in a dynamic environment
