Develops a business plan, portfolio, and strategy for global Customer Education with focus on existing Siemens Ultrasound users. Drives development and global implementation of customer learning programs and expansion of education offerings to ensure customer loyalty and profitable growth through post-sales application services.

P/L responsibility for global Ultrasound Customer Education Services. Manages assigned employees in all Ultrasound HQ locations globally (currently within USA and Korea) either as direct manager and/or with functional responsibilities. Reports directly to the VP Customer Services Ultrasound with functional reporting to the Global Process Owner CS APP (Customer Service Application & Customer Education)
Strategy and portfolio development:
• Analyze market potential, define the strategy and goals to implement and deliver world class education services for existing (post-sales) Ultrasound customers.
• Develop a comprehensive customer education portfolio with focus on existing GI and CV Ultrasound users based on regional/local business needs and priorities.
• Align with company goals, across Siemens Healthineers and with global Customer Education strategy

Development of Customer Education programs:
• Direct the development and implementation of global customer learning programs guided by modern blended learning strategies, methods and initiatives to maximize customer loyalty and customer experience with Siemens Ultrasound products.
• Deliver portfolio elements (e.g. e-learning modules, onsite/remote trainings,...) on target dates and in desired quality to attract more customers and grow the business.
• Align portfolio and programs with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure a seamless and continuous learning experience of Ultrasound users.

Business plan and implementation:
• Build and execute a solid business plan that supports the profitable growth strategy in close alignment with identified regions/countries.
• Implement customer learning offerings/programs in defined countries
• Monitor and continuously improve the effectiveness of the global Ultrasound education programs including customer satisfaction / financial targets
