Our goal at Apple is to create integrated communications and programmes that reflect our brand and help customers understand our products, delivered through advertising, apple.com, in social, and across all our lines of business including Apple Retail – both the physical store and our online store – and our huge (and growing) indirect channel incorporating Retailers, Carriers and Apple Premium Resellers.
Key Qualifications

You’ll have a broad background in design & art direction that spans all aspect of digital communications; with a heavy bias on creating campaigns that live everywhere, work that has had impact, work that has become part of a cultural conversation.
You’ll have experience of managing a team of creatives – or assembling teams for specific projects – you’ll understand how to drive projects through to completion, give really good feedback and clarity of direction.
You’ll be great at spotting emerging talent for the team, whether it’s for our own team members or potentially agencies/individuals we could partner with. You’d nurture that talent to be successful at Apple.
You should be easy to work with and understand the importance of building great relationships to get the work made. It’s a highly collaborative environment, and a giant team effort.
You’re naturally curious, and the hunger to create great work is what drives you and keeps you focused. It’s all about the work.
Fluency in German, written and spoken.
Description

We're looking for a Creative Director of Design & Art Direction to drive the creation of communications for Germany. They’d be an accomplished and experienced CD. Ideally, someone who’s worked in a well-respected interactive or advertising agency – or has worked in-house for a great brand.

We’re looking for a conceptual creative who can come up with big ideas, but who’ll also sweat the detail, as the smallest details really matter at Apple.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Additional Requirements

Travel to the US required for up to 2-3 weeks per annum
