Senior Director EMEA Enterprise Marketing Hootsuite London

Who You Are...

You are a dynamic marketing leader reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, that will be responsible for all enterprise and partner marketing programs that drive customer growth and revenue through increasing EMEA market share.

EMEA is one of the largest and fastest growing markets for the company. You will lead the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan and go-to-market initiatives that will drive growth in this diverse and complex region. You are experienced in managing the pressures and challenges that come with building brand awareness and enterprise pipeline in a fast paced, high growth and demanding environment.
You will be responsible for:

Leading all aspects of Hootsuite marketing in the EMEA region, including execution of the go-to-market strategy and coordinating all elements of integrated, regional marketing programs including product marketing, partner marketing, campaigns, events, public relations, social and content strategy.
Leading overall implementation of Enterprise SaaS marketing programs including enterprise lead generation activities, awareness building, product & solutions sales support, customer & partner marketing. Course correct and optimize programs with data.
Developing a comprehensive marketing plan for the EMEA region in conjunction with regional, country and HQ stakeholders from marketing, sales and product leadership. You will manage marketing budgets across the entire region.
Developing and executing customer-driven, locally oriented marketing strategies and programs that will increase customer demand, sales, and positively impact Hootsuite enterprise brand equity in EMEA.
Refine the messaging and positioning of Hootsuite products and solutions for each country market within the EMEA region, taking into account the subtle differences that are present in each country.
Working closely with the executive leadership and sales, customer success and partner teams across the region to set and ensure enterprise pipeline, net new and upsell and marketing targets are met.
Building a process-driven, scale-minded, data-oriented and revenue based marketing environment applicable to a SaaS business model.
Driving product and solution initiatives and new product introductions into the region, setting and measuring performance against objectives.
Representing Hootsuite at international and corporate levels; keeping EMEA and country management up to date on marketing plans, performance and issues.
Acting as a spokesperson at Hootsuite and industry events and with the EMEA media industry analysts, partners, customers, and other key audiences for company positioning and messaging.
Designing and launching high-impact marketing and sales training programs for the entire EMEA region in conjunction with the training and development team, including Sales and customized solution presentations and collateral to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Hiring, training and motivating a dynamic team of marketing managers and staff located across EMEA.

You're Great at....

Expert in end-to-end inbound and ABM marketing, including lifecycle stage optimization tactics.
A self-starter and possess excellent leadership, time management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A real evangelist, someone who is passionate about marketing and can energize people around them. Excellent collaboration and mentoring abilities. Ability to build great teams.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to address both executive and technical level audiences.
Proven success in international SaaS marketing and social media.
