Sales Development Director PepsiCo Shanghai

As Sales Development Director - Company Owned Snacks Operations (COSO), you will partner with the COSO Leadership Team to optimize, implement and sustain advantage GTM Models and systems that create bandwidth for portfolio growth, accelerate horizontal expansion and maximize VPO from existing business while deriving S&D Productivity. You will be responsible for sales planning, demand forecast and reporting, to prepare Sales targets & forecast, and report sales performance/opportunities to enable sales-related plan development and execution. In addition, you will partner with Commercial Unit (CU) Leads and HR teams to define Sales capability requirements across all channels, and with Sector Centre of Expertise (CoE) to develop, implement and sustain a World Class curriculum, advanced learning techniques and accessibility in order to maximize ROI and build world Class Selling Organization and career growth opportunities.
Key accountabilities include:


GTM Transformation

Interconnect / Partner with Sector CoE to design, Pilot and Roll-Out advantage GTM Models and systems, to support horizontal expansion and portfolio growth
Be the subject matter expert on Market segmentation and play a key role in the development and activation of Value proposition by segment to gain competitive advantage
GTM Implement and Sustain

Working with CUs/Sales Leads front line teams, provide leadership and close monitoring of the implementation of the new GTM design, ensuring timelines are meet and any potential barriers that appear along the way are removed
Partner with Distributors (where applicable) to lift and Shift GTM Models and insure smooth implementation and sustainability of GTM Execution at field level.
Sales Planning & Analysis

Support SOP process by working with BU Sales, MU and Marketing to provide rolling 12 months forecast to Ops team to ensure sufficient supply to Sales team.
Build up and lead on-going BU & MU sales planning and review process (plan, through weekly meetings and MORs) to optimize sales performance
Provide regular & customized Sales report & analysis for Sales Management team to track Sales performance & identify Sales opportunities on regular basis.
Sales Capability

Partner with CU Leaders and HR Talent Development resource to define the Sales Capability agenda for the CU
Basis Competency assessment design Sales Capability Road Map for the market and align key stakeholders (Sales Lead at CUs / HR Lead) on phasing, deployment and resourcing
Provide SME support and facilitate the development of local problem identification and process improvement. Develop tailor made solutions/training modules for specific requirement within a specific market unit.
