The Head of Cyber Security role is a leadership position within the Enterprise Security function focused on ensuring that all aspects of IT Security and Cyber Security within Worldpay support the vision of being a market leader in the field.
Being successful in this role requires taking a forward view of the security and payments landscapes, identifying and driving implementation of key strategic initiatives.
How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
Our Head of Cyber is responsible for IT and Cyber Security across Worldpay, including accountability for the design, development, implementation, operation and management of technology related security domains in Worldpay. You will contribute to the overall security strategy to address key business risks and counter emerging cyber threats.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
We want you to have extensive experience in a Cyber Security leadership role and deep knowledge of the payments industry or financial technology domain. You’ll demonstrate the ability to manage large globally dispersed security teams of various disciplines, the ability to present information to exec teams and influence at senior level.
You’ll have deep technical knowledge and experience in SSDLC, especially in regards to security design, build, assure and operation as part of end to end delivery. You’ll hold current industry security related certifications, have deep knowledge of the security landscape and how it is evolving and a full understanding of data centric security and defence in depth concepts. You’ll have strong experience delivering new ideas and solutions and how to stay up to date as a market leader in the field.
