Director Sales Operations Adobe San Jose

Responsible for overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization's global compensation and coverage program for approximately 3,800 participants. Ensure that the compensation program supports the organization's strategic objectives and meets all legal requirements. Implement compensation and coverage tools and technology, design and deliver employee training and engage regularly with business leaders to drive optimal plan efficiencies.
Key responsibilities:
Participate in the execution of Adobe’s global compensation programs and GTM coverage model working with Global Leaders and key Business Unit stakeholders
Participate in the development of the compensation structure/philosophy across the entire organization
Manage WW commission budget, the commission accrual and maintaining Adobe’s COS objective
Participate in M&A activity related to the sales organization
Ownership of WW Sales/Support GTM setup tools and procedures
Designs and facilitate training to educate all layers of Sales Management and key stakeholders regarding compensation strategies and practices.
Ensures for internal compliance of compensation and coverage programs/policies
Management of all compensation exceptions and disputes
Work with HR team, recruiting, finance and business owners to implement processes, systems and tools to improve compensation administration, communication and analysis.
Participate in quarterly reviews that recommend compensation changes and enhancement to Senior Leadership to address or adapt to unique GTM requirements
Ensure proper documentation and audit processes are developed, approved and followed.
Support for any legal disputes or challenges to the overall plan or terms and conditions

Qualifications:
+10 plus year of people management experience and proven record of remote management
Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior executives and HR leadership
Able to synthesize relevant information on key milestones, success criteria, and risks and link recommendations to positive business outcomes
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, project management, decision-making, and time management skill
Excellent grasp of the financial and economic drivers of the overall business with the ability to create compensation packages that will attract, retain, and motivate the right talent
Experience in applying judgment and problem solving skills to situations where there is no clear or one answer and high degrees of ambiguity
Demonstrated track record of driving initiatives to closure
