VP Partnerships Global Marketing Solutions Facebook Menlo Park

Facebook is looking for a leader to run the Global Marketing Solutions Partnerships Organization. This position reports to David Fischer (VP of Business and Marketing Partnerships) and has responsibility for Facebook’s Partnership relationships. They should be a creative and strategic thinker with a hunger for challenge and opportunity. They should be a rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a history of growing and developing high growth, scaled operations. This leader will be responsible for a global organization, representing Facebook in CEO-level interactions with marketing and data partners, and helping to shape Facebook's product development by working closely with product and engineering teams. The position is full-time and based in our main office in Menlo Park.
Responsibilities

Define and drive the Facebook Marketing Partner and Data Partnerships strategy for Global Marketing Solutions
Lead a globally distributed team that can scale with the growing needs of Facebook's business
Work in a highly cross-functional environment to build end-to-end programs that deploy our services through partners, from product conception to implementation to marketing and go-to-market
Operate in multiple time zones to foster a global ecosystem of partners and developers
Collaborate with partners and developers to ensure that the experiences we build together are the best possible for users, supports our partners' goals and support Facebook's mission
Define market requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of partner performance, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities, inform the product roadmap with enhanced or new functionality, and ensure Facebook’s partnerships are optimized country-by-country and globally
Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment
Be the face of the Global Marketing Solutions Partnerships team by delivering keynote speeches at industry conferences and representing the business in front of strategic partners and media
Provide management guidance on organizational effectiveness, change management and conflict resolution, as well as provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, recognition programs, and strategic development
Build strong working relationships with leaders across Facebook teams - e.g. product, engineering, sales, marketing and finance - through collaboration on projects that impact teams across departments
Minimum Qualifications

Executive level partnership and product experience at large tech companies
Familiarity with developer ecosystem
Ability to set and execute a strategy to continue to build the partner ecosystem
Global organizational leadership experience
Ability to define, develop and lead large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Proven collaboration and relationship-building skills
Proven organizational and analytical skills
Should have senior executive contacts across the business landscape and a history of growing and developing high growth, scaled operations
Understanding of Facebook¹s strategic and competitive position
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with or in support of diverse communities.
