We are actively looking for great candidates to fill in a key position as the Director of Risk Consulting at Signifyd.
As a Director of Risk Consulting you will manage risk performance of potential and newly onboarded strategic customers - from initial risk assessment through integration to early stages of operation. Ideal candidates should be articulate, process and data-driven, ability and willing to closely cooperate with/manage multiple stakeholders, be both hands-on as well as ability to lead, motivate and mentor others.
- Designing and scaling processes, tools and methodologies for onboarding of new strategic customers
- Directly working with prospective customers and Sales partners to evaluate risk tradeoffs at early stage of engagement
- Ownership and internal coordination of new customer onboarding process – from data quality to custom strategy
- Monitoring newly onboarded customers to identify and predict potential risk and proposing, evaluating and executing custom measures to address it
- Mapping particular fraud patterns to rules, features and data points
- Closely working with Risk Product and Risk Operations teams to ideate and implement individual features and rules
- Continuous education of internal partners and stakeholders on latest fraud trends and fraud detection best practices
- Building a team to scale the function to support the Company’s growth
Requirements for position:
- 8-10 years of industry experience in/extensive domain expertise of online fraud (payments, identity, e-commerce)
- Very strong data analytics, data visualization (Tableau or alike) and SQL skills
- Proven experience in managing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Exposure to machine learning concepts, tools and infrastructure is a big plus
- Experience working with Rules Engine is a big plus
- Knowledge of scripting, design & architecture concepts is a big plus
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Self-starter and comfortable taking initiative while quickly grasping concepts, processes and ideas
- Proven ability to work both as individual contributor and as a manager to hire, train and lead a team
