Director Enterprise Services Microsoft Redmond

In this role, you will be accountable for defining, designing, and driving adoption of business processes for Enterprise Services. This role will work in close partnership with teams across SBO, Services account- and domain-aligned delivery teams, Cross domain Capabilities and Operations, Microsoft Global Operations, Microsoft IT, and local field subsidiaries. You will also be responsible for driving transformative improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, speed and cost across the Enterprise Services operating model. You will lead a team with accountabilities for:
• Representing Enterprise Services in all aspects of process design; requirements scoping; testing; and readiness and deployment activities.
• Stakeholder management across multiple lines of business and geographies to conduct impact assessments and fit-gap analyses; to ensure requirements have been properly identified and scoped; and to drive change management, readiness and landing activities.
• Owning appropriate engagement rhythms and communications with Services leadership and a complex matrix of global stakeholders spanning both worldwide and field-based organizations.

Success in this role will require a high degree of collaboration and strategic leadership across a complex matrix of global stakeholders and organizations. The successful candidate will have:
• Strong end-to-end thinking with process orientation; ability to develop enterprise-wide solutions.
• Prior experience leading complex process development and implementation efforts.
• High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work and create structure in complex and ambiguous situations and respond flexibly in time sensitive situations.
• Conflict / Negotiation management - demonstrated influencing skills
• Strong written/oral communication skills required along with desire and ability to communicate with business leaders through all levels of the organization.
• High energy and a “can do” attitude. Ability to motivate self and others.
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus.
• Consulting and/or process engineering background preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience in Program management
