You will be innately curious and seek to understand what drives athletes*, our business and the opportunity and imperative for leadership in sustainable innovation. You will find engaging ways to translate the technicalities of our innovation pipeline and social and environmental goals, to help make connections between these and broader business priorities. You’ll own the development of SB&I’s functional communications and engagement strategy and be responsible for the design and execution of key initiatives. In close partnership with Global Communications, you and your team will provide narrative direction, communications counsel and content development

This role requires strong intuition and proven judgment, as it will bring more opportunities to engage than you and your team have the time or resources to support, so an ability to quickly and strategically filter the great from the good will be critical to your success.
