Job Description

Vice President - Investor RelationsGeographic Location:

Basic Functions:

As our Vice President - Investor Relations you will manage the strategic planning, on-going development and coordination of all investor relation activities to broaden and increase the shareholder value and enhance the company image with the investment community, including cultivating relationships with investors and analysts covering the company.

You will be responsible for developing our overall investor relations strategies, policies and procedures, developing investor relations communications and serving as primary point of contact for investor issues, including acting as spokesperson to the financial community.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to make effective presentations.
Strong organizational and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under conflicting deadlines and changing priorities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to present and simplify complex financial data to varied audiences.
Ability to interact with all levels, including investors, analysts, executive management and board members.
Ability to work with confidential information.
Ability to understand and interpret relevant data.
