The Bosch-Sensortec (BST) US Sales Director provides leadership and direction to the US organizations Sales function. As the US organization’s senior-most Sales leader, the US Director of Sales is accountable for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives within the overall BST business strategy.

Aligns the US Sales organization’s objectives within the overall BST business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
· Provides leadership to the US Sales organization, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance and ethical behavior.
· Accountable for effective US Sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, ‘go to market’ business models, strategic account planning and sales resource deployment.
Coordinates and prioritizes the involvement of direct Sales and indirect support personnel so that team performance objectives and customers’ expectations are understood and met.
· Meets assigned targets for profitable Sales revenues, volumes, market share, and other key financial performance objectives for a specific BST strategic customer and US Other customers.
· Recommends for implementation new product and product line revisions, pricing strategy and marketing support tools and communications.
· Performs industry, competitor and market analysis anticipating customer needs and recommending strategies and product solutions to compete.
Leads field forecasting efforts among the US team managed, ensuring that accurate SAP CRM forecasts are completed on a timely basis
Provides a BST US Sales management-level point of contact for key customers. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships.
Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management and operational personnel based on frequent communication, collaboration and data sharing.
Qualifications
Technical degree and/or MBA preferred.
Minimum ten years+ of sales management experience in a semi-conductor design led sales process environment.
