We’re looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Manager and Growth Specialist with demonstrated success planning and executing initiatives that will drive growth in key markets for BitTorrent across all platforms (desktop, iOS, Android).
What You'll Be Doing:
Driving overall user and revenue growth by improving each stage of the funnel - from organic user acquisition to retention to revenue.
Gathering market research and quantitative and qualitative user research including designing, implementing and analyzing A/B tests/experiments.
Turning research and insights into strong positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and effective cross-functional thought leadership across desktop and mobile clients.
Implementing product marketing and brand marketing deliverables.
Setting-up and reporting on metrics and analytics for your marketing activities.
Managing product launches and campaigns
You Are:
An expert in all stages of the funnel:
Acquisition/inbound marketing - Doing all things necessary to build Web site authority/SEO, creating content, generating inbound links, leveraging 3rd-party networks and sites, SEM
Mobile app acquisition - Ratings, rankings, leveraging 3rd-party tools
Visitor-to-lead conversion - Increasing quality of visitors, clear CTAs...
Engagement, retention and re-engagement
An energizer, personally excited about progress toward our goals and dedicated to sharing and enlisting the team in that progress
Deeply data-driven, living and dying by metrics
A guru at analyzing and taking appropriate action from data
Dedicated to meaningful delivery on the team’s goals in a realistic time frame
You Have:
10+ years product marketing experience – Desktop and mobile
Proven strategic marketing experience
Strong growth marketing skills - feature intro, onboarding, conversion…using user data
A great personal touch in working tightly with the teams and the overall organization.
Mad data and analysis skills.
Demonstrable career success in all stages of the funnel
Experience with global audiences highly desirable
