As a Director on the Analytics team, you will serve as the intersection of our most strategic client accounts and our proprietary influencer marketing software solution, ƒ(IQ), to drive adoption, retention, client satisfaction, and growth. This is a high-profile client-facing role requiring outstanding relationship management skills and technical acumen. You will work with business leaders to understand their needs and map UEG’s solutions and best practices to their goals. At the same time, you will coordinate cross-functional account teams to ensure a successful transition from deployment through ongoing campaign management. The ideal candidate loves disruption, and is willing to ride the wave of social marketing as it evolves. They are hands-on and results-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a proven track record in analytics and comfortable in a fast-paced and data-heavy environment.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of a portfolio of client accounts to foster long-term business relationships
Deliver a proactive education strategy to drive training, adoption and revenue growth
Increase client satisfaction by understanding business needs and providing additional f(IQ) solutions and ROI
Act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner
Identify urgent client needs and deliver timely assets
Monitor product health to track usage and client satisfaction
Manage engineering partner relationships to ensure product updates are on schedule and accurate
Become the f(IQ) advocate to drive cross-functional teams across development, product management, and support

Professional Competencies
Excellent customer relationship management skills
Solid communication, listening, and writing skills
Ability to problem solve and resolve client issues
Understanding of software as a service
Organized and reliable: able to work independently with little direction when necessary
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in marketing and/or SaaS
Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint
Influencer marketing / MCN / agency experience strongly preferred
