We are seeking a Principal to join our organization to be an executive within our Retail Practice. They will bring together our industry leading digital Marketing, Sales and Services capabilities across multiple channels to support the delivery of the overall digital global offerings. The executive will provide our clients with a compelling portfolio of Digital strategy advisory and technology services—from developing new digital strategies, vision and roadmap advisory services to implementing digital technologies. Key responsibilities of the role include sales, account development, high level delivery, thought leadership and people leadership.
Execute on the Digital Strategies to drive sustainable competitive advantages by applying technologies to new business models
Enable superior Customer experiences across multi-channels
Develop practice implementation roadmaps and implement the support models that drive the digital strategy
Sales
Develop strong client relationships that enable identification and qualification of successful sales opportunities
Drive development of structured, compelling conversations with clients that generate new programs and projects and lead response to requests for proposal

Delivery/Practice Responsibilities
Oversee at a high level, digital transformation strategy engagements with large client organizations
Design new/improved digital customer experiences and develop digital customer engagement strategies
Lead the design of new digital capabilities, business processes, organizational designs, governance structures and measurement programs required to execute future state experiences and digital customer engagement strategies
Simplify difficult situations, models and issues to create structured actions
Mentor and coach others to deliver quality results and promote others' professional development

Proactively participate in North American recruitment, training and community-building
