Customer Reference Marketing Manager Cisco San Jose

What You'll Do
You will hold the responsibility of telling our global customer stories in a compelling, creative way that drives awareness and excitement. You will build key relationships with sales team members and other key internal key stakeholders.
In this highly visible role as a Customer Reference Manager, you will:
* Establish trusting relationship with clients, including technology owners, stakeholders and executive sponsors
* Collaborate with other Cisco teams to complete strategic global goals and drive awareness
* Manage engagement opportunities (videos, speaking engagements, AR, PR, etc.) for customers to share their stories
* Create compelling content (videos, written case studies, blogs, social assets, etc.) that tell our Customers Stories as well as drive amplification of these assets.

* Proven track record of effectively directing internal teams, outside agencies and consultants
* Strong social media and digital marketing skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Strategic acumen and the ability to understand the business
* Ability to navigate and influence a very large and complex business
* A track record of thriving in fast moving global organizations
* Cross-functional experience working across teams like product, business development, sales, and marketing
* 8-10 years of experience in customer reference activities
