This role is responsible for producing compelling content to effectively connect with customers and partners across Apple’s Worldwide Enterprise and Business channel. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Sales Training, this role collaborates cross-functionally to produce content that prepares Apple’s sales channels to represent Apple products and partners to business customers. Forming a key part of the Communications team and adhering strictly to brand guidelines, the assets produced will assist partner, channel, carrier, and Apple sales teams to deliver a consistent, professional, Apple-quality experience. Through demonstrating a talent for delivering exceptional results, the role will become a centre of excellence for content curation and storytelling mastery.

Minimum 5 years experience leading virtual teams in multi-media creative or communications production.
Extensive editorial experience essential.
A superior knowledge of Keynote.
Comprehensive understanding of design and production process with a meticulous eye for detail.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills. Able to develop clear, concise documentation, including project briefs.
A comprehensive understanding of Content Management systems and principles.
A passion for technology, innovation, and a willingness to constantly challenge the status quo.
Excellent project management skills; able to manage numerous projects on multiple platforms simultaneously.
Description
Content production: Work with regional and worldwide teams, and external partners to develop and produce content while constantly assessing requirements as needs evolve; continuously innovating to support a dynamic business. Works with agencies and vendors to provide creative direction.
Content Management: Manage submission, review and on-going management of materials to ensure that all content is current and continues to meet Apple’s standards.
Program Communications: Creation of templates and delivery of communications material for the Worldwide Enterprise team’s programs.
Apple Compliance: Ensure all elements of sales and partner content meet the highest standards of Apple guidelines and standards. Supports the global activities and initiatives of the Worldwide Enterprise team as required.
This is a non-commissioned, full-time position. Salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience.
Education
BA/BS Degree Required
Additional Requirements
Relevant tertiary education and industry qualifications would be beneficial. Specialization in Business or Marketing are a plus.
Knowledge of HTML, and Adobe Creative Suite.
High level understanding of Apple’s hardware and software solutions.
Experience of Apple’s business sales channel. Experience dealing with business customers.
