Lead development of multimedia assets to support Gartner internal and external communication needs across a spectrum of destinations including online, social, email, and live events. Transform internal production capabilities through a contemporary, flexible, and affordable approach leveraging latest technology.
Guide and contribute to all facets of the production process including planning, shooting, editing/post production.
Work closely with the creative director, design team, and writers to create compelling and engaging videos and motion graphics that reflect a brand centric approach.
Review in-house capabilities, procedures, and equipment used for multimedia production and make changes to modernize the department and quality of output.
Partner with internal clients, understand their business goals, and develop the appropriate multimedia solutions to help them meet their communications needs.
Coach internal colleagues ranging in seniority from C-level to new associates to perform comfortably in front of camera.
Lead a team of direct reports with a focus on technical and professional development.
Forecast staff utilization and resource deployment across all projects.
Monitor capital and expense budgets, forecast capital and expense needs.
Measure performance for the group and drive continuous improvement in KPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of production experience preferably at an ad agency, production house, or in-house creative services team.
5+ years of professional producing and editing experience, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of professional video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production environments, workflows, equipment and technologies.
Working knowledge and technical proficiency in studio operations, cameras, lighting, and editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
