This role is for a difference maker, who is an experienced and proven operations leader who has a mission-critical mentality to ensure always-on critical network and data management and services. The right candidate will lead a talented and geographically distributed team of operations professionals across a range of disciplines. The candidate will be skilled in motivating and managing a diverse operations teams across those disciplines that include 24x7x365 cloud data management, mission critical network management, managing distribution and supply chain partners for Qualcomm Lifes own devices as well as partner devices, managing IT vendors as well as ensuring system redundancy and disaster recovery as well as customer service excellence.

Minimum Qualifications
10+ years operations team leadership
10+years 24x7x365 mission critical operations, network and data management
10+ years leading operations teams of different disciplines including data management, network management, supply chain, distribution, IT vendors and customer service
10+ years managing teams from diverse operations disciplines, including teams that are geographically distributed

Expertise in operating in regulated quality systems
Expertise and experience in solutions including enterprise grade solutions with global scale
Education Requirements Required: Bachelor's, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Preferred: Master's, Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
