Procurement Manager Unity Technologies San Francisco

Unity Technologies is seeking a Procurement Manager with strong qualifications in vendor negotiations and procurement operations to create procurement policies and procedures for our rapidly growing company. Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Engineering you will collaborate with internal partners to streamline procurement for various departments within the company and drive more efficient practices. In this role you will work together with the Finance and Accounting departments to make certain purchasing is consistent with budget allocation. You will also be counted upon to negotiate and renegotiate a variety of contracts that allow for the day to day operations at Unity Technologies.
Responsibilities

Create and implement a standardized procurement process at Unity Technologies
Identify tools, systems, and partner with the business owners to consolidate and streamline current operations
Draft policies, create templates and manage the RFI and RFP processes
Partner with FP&A to help set departmental budgets and track spend against forecasted needs
Work with cross functional teams to achieve Unity Technologies’ business goals
Conduct negotiation of inbound contracts for the company

Requirements

5-8 years experience negotiating professional services, facilities, software and web services contracts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively across various departments
Subject matter expertise in procurement operations is a strong must have
Ability to build forecasting models based on capacity utilization and translate these to budget forecasts is strongly preferred
Familiarity with Infrastructure, Information Technology and Cloud services is preferred
