We’re looking for a self-motivated Organizational Change Management and Communications Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Business Transformation, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Director will be responsible for supporting the change management function. This person must be equally comfortable rolling-up their sleeves and tactically executing, as they are with providing input and guidance on strategic change and communications efforts for their team, internal leaders and external agencies and resources. They must be comfortable taking strong ownership of assigned projects.

The OCM Director champions the Change Management practice by supporting the education and coaching of leaders and employees at all levels. The OCM Director also supports the execution of the transformation strategy to ensure effective organizational communication to achieve leadership objectives, improve employee engagement and support internal functions to attain business results.
The successful candidate must have demonstrated first-class writing skills which are paramount, as their sphere of influence includes:

Supporting the Change Management practice
Internal communications
Employee Engagement support

Your day to day role will include:

Change Management

Provides support for change management initiatives, such as new systems or organizational changes. Collaborates and partners with the Sr. Director Business Transformation, business operations leadership, Talent Management, HR business partners, IT, Markting and OD Specialists in the development of plans and activities to support major change initiatives.,
Develops, executes and supports a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including but not limited to communication plan, sponsor/stakeholder plans, training plans and business readiness and measurement plan.
Maintains and applies tools, techniques and approaches to managing change throughout various levels of the organization. Applies change model and framework to support complex changes.
Maintains and enhances change champion network approach including support and design for regular meetings, updates to the change toolkit and daily oversight of feedback mechanisms (via dedicated online mailbox and website).
Create and execute customized surveys to gather initial feedback and recommend improvements to existing employee transition processes. Assist local operations leaders with action plans to address ongoing employee feedback via pulse surveys.

Internal Communications: In partnership with Corporate Marketing:

Develop messaging that engages employees, creates lasting emotional connections and supports the culture of the company.
Assist with the development of a compelling strategy, building a multi-touch program, writing engaging communications, executing tactics, and measuring efficacy.
Communicate company messages to support change initiatives via a diverse range of channels (i.e., print, digital, video, events, etc.)
Assist with planning and orchestration of regular events (town hall meetings, all hands meetings, leader updates, and Change Champion monthly calls) to increase executive and employee interaction, enhance morale, and strengthen culture.
Manage daily feedback mechanisms (via online mailbox and website) and researches answers to employee questions with the appropriate internal Subject Matter Experts to support change initiatives.
Update and enhance the Transition Website with current tools, resources and FAQs.

Content Generation

Assist with content creation efforts to produce regular cadence of diverse, engaging change leadership content such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, customer success stories, infographics, online newsletters, and blogs.
Write, produce, and organize all content across multiple platforms and formats (print, digital, and video).
Create content and supporting reference materials for regular communication channels in support of change initiatives (i.e., presentation slides, talking points, start-stop-continue guides, toolkits, FAQs, manager guides, meetings in a box, Know-Share-Do action plans, etc.).
Utilize industry knowledge, critical thinking, and strong strategy, communication, and written skills to support development and execution of content components.


Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology/Development or related field required
• 8+ years’ experience delivering Change Management solutions in a fast paced corporate setting
• Demonstrated experience on a successful team supporting large-scale organizational change efforts
• Exceptional communication skills required: ability to translate complex ideas into clear, influential communications
• Advanced ability to Lead multiple projects and internal and external stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to interact with various levels of company leadership
• Ability to work well within a cross-functional environment, resolve conflict, and foster teamwork
• Familiarity with a variety of communication vehicles and media
• Proficient with MS Office suite
• IT / Cloud Computing knowledge (nice to have)
