A Development Director in Saint Cloud, MN is available through Modis Engineering. It is required for the person in this role to oversee all aspects of fund development. Individuals in this position will create and implement a comprehensive fund development plan that includes a variety of giving programs, such as annual giving, grants, special events, and planned giving.
Development Director job responsibilities include:
• Manage all fundraising activities related to giving campaigns, grants, special events, and more.
• Lead donor relations to support and retain existing donors, as well as identify and cultivate prospective donors.
• Manage full range of grant activity, including research, proposal creation, submission, and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fundraising, communications, or fund raising.
• 3-5 years experience with fund raising, annual giving, grant writing, special events.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal and governmental documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM Software, Grants Research software
