Our Risk & Regulatory consultants help clients understand and address their enterprise risk and regulatory profile. This high performing team advises clients on the overall management and performance of their business, with a focus in compliance management, business continuity, risk and governance, and treasury management.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 8

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Degree(s) Preferred: Master's degree

Preferred Degree Major: in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Economics

Certification(s) Preferred: Certified Financial Advisor (CFA), and/or Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) required or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates expertise with advising and developing integrated solutions for treasury and finance functions at financial institutions or multinational corporations, including the following:

-Capital markets instruments including fixed income, equity, foreign currency, interest rate, commodity, credit and mortgage instruments;

-Critical banking and capital market regulations including Basel II and KYC, asset liability management, liquidity risk management, funding, collateral management and cash and capital management;

-Front, middle and back office functions and activities;

-Treasury management strategy, processes and technology solutions;

-Global cash and liquidity management, financial management, corporate finance and financial risk management.

Extensive knowledge and exposure to common issues facing clients in the Financial Services Industry including banking, insurance and/or investment management.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates proven expert-level abilities with security and derivative instrument valuation, especially relating to asset liability management, liquidity risk management, funding, collateral management and cash and capital management.

Demonstrates proven expert-level technical skills with global cash and liquidity management, financial risk management, working capital management and corporate finance.

Demonstrates proven expert-level abilities with identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials leveraging extensive technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes.

Demonstrates proven expert-level abilities as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
