NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks an Applications Customer Delivery Director to join our team in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities:
-Accountable for the delivery of Application Delivery commitments and the Application LOB P&L for the account.
-Responsible for pricing, setting margin, right contractual commitment and the Customer Delivery Executive owns deal governance and technical certification
-Develops account plan in coordination with the Customer Executive who owns the integrated, final plan
-Identifies opportunities for Growth & Innovation and supports planning and execution for the same
-Ensures positive customer experience and satisfaction by developing and executing to a Net Promoter Score (NPS) Action Plan
-Establishes and manages operational objectives for managers and/or teams of professionals across the sub-function
-Accountable for the delivery of service commitments to customers for their account(s).
-Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
-Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
-Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
-Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience.
Qualifications

Requirements:
-15+ years of experience in an Account Management or Client Delivery role supporting an account with 100+m in annual revenue
-Strong understanding of the health care provider industry, the latest trends in the industry and technology affecting the industry and be seen as a CIO Confidant
-Deep experience in a Global delivery model and have strong CMMI process understanding
-Strong experience in dealing with multiple cultures and managing globally distributed teams
-Demonstrated experience at overseeing and managing the large and most complex accounts across different technologies and locations
-Expert knowledge of finance, contract management, customer relationship, leadership, relevant industry, negotiation, value creation and project management
-Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
-Negotiation skills with customer and third party suppliers
-Ability to implement delivery transformation programs to re-engineer delivery cost model aligned to organizational strategies
-Extensive experience managing very large relationships towards successful achievement of customer satisfaction levels.
-Experience in the healthcare and applications - required
-Master’s Degree - required

Preferences:
-Demonstrated track record of delivering multiple high quality services to mega size accounts (Account over 100 million revenue in Application Services)
-Needs to have good appreciation of various technologies and industry solutions
-Motivate teams to perform at their best in alignment to the organizational strategy
-Must be a problem solver and ability to drive solutions with the help of multiple functions and teams
