Role Summary/Purpose As a member of the GE Healthcare global strategy team, lead and drive strategic initiatives at both corporate and business unit levels.Identify & develop opportunities for growth & market share gain.
Essential Responsibilities • Lead problem solving on a broad range of strategy issues, including growth, digital, portfolio management and corporate development.
• Execute qualitative and quantitative research and analysis (e.g., forces at work, competitive dynamics, business cases, valuation).

• Convene and lead horizontal teams from across the business. Collaborate effectively with senior management.
• Develop high-impact, well synthesized communications ready for use with senior executives and other internal and external audiences.
• Elevate strategy capabilities across GE Healthcare (e.g., refinement of strategic planning processes, design and delivery of a strategy capability building curriculum).

Quality Specific Goals:
1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
4. Responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory approval of all marketing communications prior to external release
Qualifications/Requirements 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
2. 8+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
3. 2+ years of prior work experience in strategy consulting or similar roles
3. Direct and/or indirect leadership experience in a cross-functional or highly matrixed organization
4. Experience having owned/shaped/led growth vision and marketing strategy
5. Proven stellar oral and written communications skills
6. Demonstrated analytical and process skills
7. Willingness to travel, including international
