You will help develop projects that transform our ways of doing business and management. As part of this you will help organize workshops, facilitate these and then recap. Ensure timely follow up and execution of work-streams resulting out of these projects. You are responsible for a seamless communication across project teams and adherence to timelines. This means that you will be working on multiple projects at any given times that are pushing the boundaries of how we do business today!

Bring innovation capabilities alive within the brand to drive transformation: Drive a variety of cross functional transformation projects and accelerate the development of business and management proposals driven by innovation. Manage with project teams the development of frameworks and guide them through our innovation process. Close collaboration with the strategy team to ensure we are executing against the global strategy throughout all transformation projects. Drive communication and influence throughout the organization: Provide updates to Senior Management / Executive Management by gathering and compiling information and putting it into a user friendly and presentable format. Manage and support the organization of specific cross-functional events and launches from concept to execution. Assist in presentation set-up, organization and execution.

Ability to multi-task within a fast paced, changing environment, and the ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines. A passion for sport and familiarity with the athletic industry, trends and/or athletic product lines preferred. Excellent computer skills, including, but not limited to, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
Qualifications
Four year degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 4 years of progressive work experience Previous experience around innovation and/or transformational topics Experience in project management required Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree
