Position Responsibilities:
• Work with key stakeholders to understand and define key metrics to support the on-going measurement of the performance of the business. Ensure all key metrics are properly integrated into end-user reporting solutions.

• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Product, Finance, IT, Field Leadership) and end-users to understand current reporting and analytics environment/solutions and how these can be leveraged and/or enhanced
• Assist to develop and implement FA/Client segmentation strategies across products. Leverage strategic solutions to create synergies across multiple products as well as identify key opportunities.
• Produce, compile and distribute sales, production, pipeline, assets and management reports on a weekly/monthly basis to multiple levels of end-users from senior management to private bankers and financial advisors and their respective senior leadership.
• Produce on-going and ad hoc analytics to support the National Banking Sales Team in understanding the growth and performance of the business and identifying potential performance improvement opportunities.
• In partnership with senior management and Finance, help forecast the performance of the National Bank Sales Team versus Plan/target.
• Provide on-going review of efficacy of all reporting solutions. Address and resolve questions and issues surfaced from senior management and the National Bank Sales Team.
• Work in partnership with Human Resources and senior management to understand, track and report sales performance against the field business targets/plans. Help support on-going refinement of incentive plans to maximize revenue performance. Conduct on-going and ad hoc modeling of banker/field performance against the incentive plan.
• In partnership with Finance and Product Leadership, develop monthly business review packages for senior management on sales performance relative to targets and identify important performance trends.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in data analytics/reporting/metrics within a private bank, retail bank or wealth management institution preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required

Skills:

• Proven people and project management skills
• Strong banking and lending product knowledge
• Experience with Wealth Management Firm preferred
• Proven skills in developing sales/financial reporting tools for frontline producers, team leaders, and senior management
• Demonstrate positive initiative, leadership and comfort working in a fast paced environment
• Proven experience managing a team and motivating and directing them to achieve goals
• Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills, performance and metrics tracking. High levels of interest and proficiency in working with large and disparate data & sources, detail functions that support business processes and understanding requirements of systems in order to enhance processes are necessary
