In this role, you will need the ability to attract and recruit the industry’s best talent, and simultaneously have the technical foundation to ensure that we build compelling, client oriented solutions in an iterative methodology. Responsibilities:

- Manage a broad portfolio of diverse technology teams and projects to provide web, API and integration solutions

- Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead the best engineering talent

- Manage technology teams to create great Dev Ops practices, and ensure business applications have high availability and performance

- Experience building web and mobile applications that empower clients to succeed

- - Have passion for any, all or some of the following technologies: Java, Ruby, Python, Scala, AngularJS

Basic Qualifications:

- At least 8 years of experience in Software Engineering

- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience, building and managing development teams that design and deliver large distributed systems – ideally in an agile environment

- At least 3 years of experience with leading edge technologies

- At least 3 years of experience in developing web applications

Preferred Qualifications:

- At Least 3 years experience working with cloud based infrastructure in AWS or Azure or Google Cloud

- At Least 3 years Experience building with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools like CloudFormation, or Terraform or Chef, or Ansible or Puppet
