The Director of Operations will be responsible for the quality, timeliness and delivery of our Data Quality Assurance and Investigations teams. This operations leader will be responsible for scaling these functions effectively while driving improvement to operational processes and KPIs (dispute rates, turnaround time, efficiency, backlogs). This person must be process-oriented, a stellar people manager, and highly analytical.

Manage total team of 15+ people across the Data QA and Investigations teams to assure maximum accuracy of our reports
Identify and drive operational process and technology improvements to dramatically reduce errors in reporting, and manage cost as we scale the business
Identify and drive automation projects to eliminate manual work
Develop monitoring processes, tools and metrics to maintain high quality and timeliness of data delivery
Develop quality control and audit programs to assure maximum accuracy
Ensure compliance with all FCRA requirements for reporting and investigation
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, finance and sales to build new operational tools to support communication and integration with third parties
Qualifications:
7-10+ years of overall business experience
5+ years direct management experience in Operations
Experience running Operations teams, with a focus on data delivery and quality (could be customer facing or internal operations, but must deal with high scale delivery)
Experience in regulated industry a plus, such as Banking or Healthcare
Highly analytic
Able to sort through highly complex details and figure out what’s important to the big picture
Comfortable operating high level of autonomy and self-direction, a real go-getter
Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
Start-up experience a plus
