In this critical global role, you will develop a Talent Strategy for Advanced Services by assessing our business needs and challenge. Leveraging that knowledge to address our talent capabilities needed to support our short-term and long-term business growth.
You will develop and execute sustainment plans for embedding desired capabilities in the organization.
You will build and implement a detailed workforce plan that includes role segmentation, organizational design, grade pyramid, site strategy and sourcing. Create processes and a culture to enable the execution against our workforce plan
You will recommend talent investment pools and approaches.

Who You'll Work With
You will partner with the human resources team and the leadership team to identify and implement organization learning and development programs to support the business. Determine acquisition and off board requirements. Create a learning and development roadmap to enhance capability for strategic talent needs of the business.
Partnering closely with the transformation office on building best practices into systems and tools.
Partner with Advanced Services leaders to create a skill transition plan based on business strategy.
Who You Are
Our minimum requirements are the following:
* Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Talent, Learning and Development or Organizational Development experience.
* Strong consulting skills and experience with influencing leadership
* Knowledge of organizational behavior, group dynamics, change management, and talent management principles
* Collaborative work style with ability to solicit input, influence and support decision-making
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with an ability to form strong relationships at all organizational levels
