Analyze and interpret financial/non-financial data to support the Engineering organization
Provide strategic leadership, guidance and direction for business intelligence capabilities
Ensure consistent application of processes and tools to enhance data driven culture of organization

Create actionable analysis and develop presentations with clear storylines to communicate key conclusions and make recommendations to the executive leadership team
Establish and drive governance structure across Engineering and cross-functional leaders to assure buy-in, support and engagement of the broader team.
Provide accurate & timely management information to support quality decision making
Manage all critical databases across JDI, assure business ownership of JDI databases and serve as the source of truth of JDI data
Collaborate and influence stakeholders across Engineering at all levels to deliver successful outcomes
Mentor and coach team members.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical, leadership and organization persuasion skills. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple functions, establishing and delivering optimal aligned strategies, metrics and KPIs that support the growth of the business.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Sciences/Applied Sciences required; MBA preferred.
12-15 years of hands on leadership roles in and around the high-tech industry
Experience with software platform offerings required
Good command of databases/tools including Clarity, Share-point, GNATs, JIRA, Tableau, Power-point, Excel, Visio
Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across multiple functions
Strategic thinker able to gain a quick understanding of the product lines and business
Strong analytical, reporting and financial modeling skills
Strong business acumen, project management, planning and organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to lead through influence and drive change
Experience managing highly-talented individuals in both direct and matrixed reporting structures.
