This position will report to the Office Manager also based in SF and will have a strong focus on repairs and maintenance.

What You’ll Do:

Facilities Maintenance & Repair Coordination:

Provide support to Office Manager to ensure that building maintenance and repair work receives prompt attention. Responsible for calling in vendors and service technicians and following up to ensure that service interruptions are minimized and work is performed to Twitter standards for quality and response time. Includes coordinating the following work, but not limited to, general contractor, electrical, plumbing, painting, janitorial, supplemental ac units, pest, and door repairs.

Responsible for coordination with landlord and building engineers, including, but not limited to, access requests, COI review, and landlord approvals

After hours response and coordination required on occasion

Facilities Work Tickets: Management of work tickets from internal staff with focus on prompt, friendly service

Office Services: May be called on occasion to support office functions including reception, mail, shipping & receiving, and office services to insure prompt, friendly, and superior customer experience

Special Event Coordination: Provide facilities support for internal events, special events and functions as needed

Finance: Provide support to ensure all initiatives and support functions are within budget. Manage PO’s and process invoices. Assist Office Manager in managing cost savings and efficiencies

Other similar responsibilities, consistent with the above, to be assigned

Who You Are:

You work well under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing business environment

Strong track record of maintaining and tracking process and procedure for facilities support

Demonstrated analytical skills necessary for the collation of data and production of information in a corporate setting

You have a proven ability to manage internal customer relationship with an emphasis on prompt, respectful service

Strong written and verbal communication with an emphasis on prompt, friendly communications

Requirements:

BA/BS degree in business, management, operations or equivalent combination of education and related experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; facilities operations experience preferred
