The Sr. Business Systems Analyst functions as the lead for establishing and managing a global IT Service Management practice. To meet IT’s strategic goals and objectives, this lead will build trusted relationships throughout IT that result in aligned focus on delivering superior services in support of Workday’s business capabilities

Essential Duties
Provide service ownership for the ITIL Service Management function (strategy, delivery, managing, and improving).
Define the framework, taxonomy, toolsets, and metrics/reports needed to establish a strong Service Management practice in IT.
Partner with IT Leadership to define and assess services delivered by IT.
Define the IT Service Owner role / responsibilities and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring services.
Develop and maintain a roadmap that drives implementation and adoption of IT Service Management enterprise-wide.
About You
Passionate about IT Service Management and how it can be used to optimize service delivery.
Enthusiastic about solving business problems using an innovative and creative approach.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of an organization.
10+ years working in Information Technology, with at least 5+ years experience implementing IT Service Management practices on a global and enterprise level.
In-depth, applicable knowledge of ITIL Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, and Continual Service Improvement processes.
Highly analytical in using data and metrics to uncover insights and drive business performance.
ITIL Practitioner Certification (version 2011).
A BS / BA, MS / MA degree or equivalent work experience
