The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will be part of the Workday on Workday team that is responsible for the rollout of Workday within the company. The BSA will partner with business stakeholders to lead numerous projects to increase business efficiency and automate business processes through the innovative Workday HCM platform.

The BSA will provide project management and technical guidance, be hands on, and respond to reporting /analytics requests, build and manage various integrations and working independently but closely with the functional HR partners. Advanced technical and analytical skills are a must.
This hands-on technical role demands excellent knowledge of business processes and methodologies along with a strong analytical and data modeling background. The candidate will have direct hands on experience in HR Applications design, configuration and implementation. Experience in Workday or other large BI, HR enterprise systems is required.
Responsibilities
Manage the Workday HCM product to support HR program.
Work closely with HR to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful implementation and testing.
Manage projects end to end; ensure coverage of all facets of testing, and a successful end-user experience.
Manage security administration
Troubleshoot problems, test, and work with business to resolve issues.
Responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring the Workday HCM product and creating documentation as needed
Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Work closely with product team on feedback to enhance the product to make it easier for our customers.
Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives.
Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met. Work closely with project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance signoff.
Provide guidance and training to HR team members, managers and employees on processes and tools, and the future capabilities of the product.
Experience/ Skills Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR (or related field) or equivalent experience required.
5+ years hands-on HR Operations or HRIS experience required.
HR systems experience required.
End to end implementation experience including project management, issue management, communication and change management.
Requires excellent knowledge of HR principles and best practice, computer software for Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Manager/Employee Self Service, Benefits, Compensation and Business Intelligence/Analytics.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Must be a skilled communicator, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability.
Knowledge of Workday HCM preferred. Knowledge of other Oracle/Success Factors HR applications is a plus.
Strong organization, analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving and project management/ planning skills.
Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and the ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent experience.
Experience/Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of directly related experience working with HRIT and/or HR processes.
Knowledge of ERP and HRMS and ability to operate as the point of contact for the business partner.
Solid understanding of HR, Payroll and Finance business processes and their interdependencies
Project management skills; demonstrated ability to manage HR process and/or technology projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or related area.
