The Americas Reseller Operations team at Apple is looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate for the role of the Central Team Manager - Business Analyst Manager. This management role is an opportunity for a self-driven individual to utilize his or her business acumen, drive infrastructure strategy and implementation, and apply analytical skills to manage a team focused on delivering creative, value-added insights and solutions to the Americas Reseller Operations team at Apple. In this role, the Central Team Manager will lead a team focused on driving business analytics and building and actualizing a portfolio of cross-functional programs and projects. They will identify and lead process/system improvement opportunities inside Reseller Operations and build the case for larger global projects.

1-2 years of team management experience preferred, but not required
Experience in driving large scale programs and putting measurement systems in place

Description
•Lead team of key analysts of product demand data from reseller partners •Become an expert on supply chain KPIs and complexities to optimize Reseller Operations •Drive critical run-the-business alignment discussions and planning (e.g., weekly product reviews and quarter-end management syncs) with cross-functional stakeholders such as the Supply Demand team •Provide data-driven models and analyze data to drive the business and make key business decisions •Play a leadership role in the standardization of account deliverables •Create a performance management system to integrate with the organizational scorecard •Partner closely across all reseller channels on key initiatives and reporting requirements •Participate in cross-functional teams to take capital projects from concept phase to implementation •Identify process improvement opportunities as supported by data analysis •Create the appropriate measurement framework to drive corrective action and improve customer experience will be a measure of success for this role •Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues •Drive alignment of systems, tools, deliverables, and org structures across regions (EMEIA and APAC) •Occasional travel required
Education
College degree with minimum 5-7 years of relevant Operations experience MBA preferred
