The product manager in this role will execute to understand the “why” and the “what” of our development infrastructure system, defining the vision of how engineers work at Airbnb. Additionally, this person will execute on the “when” and the “how” of getting that vision built and launched to our team of engineers, working through the full product life cycle. As we scale, our testing and deployment systems need to evolve and this product manager will own that challenging task.

Requirements:
Five years setting vision and goals for development infrastructure across platforms, including: web, mobile, and native apps
Previous experience working closely with engineering teams to understand their experience as builders and maintainers of code
Proven experience executing tool development, services, and platforms, constantly checking for user satisfaction
Demonstrated success in setting rigorous metrics, and achieving goals
Ability to guide principles for the improvement of productivity of engineers specifically focusing on performance of critical development lifecycle stages
