As a Diversity Projects Manager, you will oversee and lead special projects that require cross functional support and execution, catapulting our ability to further drive diversity and inclusion at Facebook. This will include working alongside our People Analytics team to identify data trends and to create new tools and reports for our Diversity Business Partners and subject matter experts. This person must have an ability to organize large amounts of material into a digestible and understandable format and to leverage that with their client bases.

This role is located in our Menlo Park headquarters.
Responsibilities
Act as Diversity Team point of contact for projects involving People Analytics, Recruiting, People and other cross-functional partners and teams
Organize a document management system for Diversity Team use
Help generate metrics/analytics to track efficiency and consistency on the Diversity Team
Manage projects with relevance to all diversity work streams
Prepare project plans and other organizational materials for diversity projects and initiatives
Identify data trends and create new tools and reports for our Diversity Business Partners and subject-matter experts to leverage with their client bases
Provide relevant data, analysis and recommendations to guide decision-making related to strategic diversity recruitment and retention efforts, and lead project management to see through to execution
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data analysis, HR, project management or strategic partnerships
3+ years of Diversity & Inclusion experience
Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Analytical and problem solving experience
Experience developing strategy around the challenges and root causes of underrepresented minorities in diverse communities
Consulting experience
Able to drive ideas to execution and influence others
Able to work cross functionally and strengthen relationships with clients and partners
Able to interact with all levels of a professional organization
Able to navigate ambiguity and drive impact
Able to work independently and require little instruction on the day-to-day work
