Responsibilities
Build and manage a team of sales engineers focused on North America
Manage customer delivery engagements and provide customer feedback to Product Management organization
Consult with business stakeholders to identify and align Quip's technology to provide insights and solutions into business challenges
Watch: Career Advice Design content for customized demos, workshops, trainings and best practices sessions with customers and prospects (emphasis on pre-sales)
Assist customers with large scale SaaS deployment
Develop integrations/extensions/authentication for customers
Travel required
Skills / Requirements
8+ years of management experience, preferably in SaaS
Proven track record of partnering with Account Executives & sales organizations
Proven track record of managing Sales Engineering teams
Excellent communication, critical thinking, analytical, and presentation skills
Strong Project Management and Risk Assessment skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Master's degree a plus.
