This position provides overall responsibility for the operations of the clinic. This includes but is not limited to financial planning of the annual expense and capital budgets; developing policies and procedures and standards of performance; ensuring personnel are evaluated timely; and developing relationships with referral sources.
Primary Responsibilities:
Organize, plan and direct Bexar Imaging operations
Develop and control annual budget by monitoring procedure volume, operational expenditures and billing/collection to ensure maximization of all

Develop clinic goals and objectives and implement processes to ensure achievement of goals
Ensure the achievement of departmental and company objectives through selection, development, motivation and evaluation of personnel
Promote knowledge of diagnostic imaging through discussions and training sessions with employees, clinic personnel and physicians
Develop and maintain a working relationship with all radiologists and their management company
Performs all other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Allied Sciences (Eight additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree)
Eight or more years of experience in health care administration with five years in diagnostic imaging, including five or more years of supervisory experience
Five or more years of experience in reimbursement management to include CPT-4 coding, contract negotiations and claims/patient collection strategies
Proven understanding of accrual method of accounting
Proven strategic leadership and process improvement skills
Advanced analytical and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration
Ten years of experience in senior management for a diagnostic imaging facility
