The Director, Marketing Operations oversees the strategy and execution of the global marketing operations cross-functional team, technology stack, data structure and business reporting. Working closely with Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Demand Generation and Digital Marketing teams, the Director will identify, select, and maintain technologies to support marketing goals; work with cross-functional teams to establish and scale business processes; direct Marketo campaign structure and execution; and design data structure and reporting to drive global business value.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Build global pipeline models to establish and measure marketing’s contribution to the business and target metrics
Align operations, processes, and data structures across Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales to impact business metrics
Oversee the end-to-end process for lifecycle campaigns including target identification, campaign builds, documentation, and post-campaign reporting
Implement demand funnel reporting and data structures across Marketo and Salesforce
Monitor and improve upon the lead scoring and lead flow process globally
Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis, data cleaning and augmentation, list management, and lead processes between Marketo and Salesforce.com
Research, evaluate and implement tools and technology that will enable campaign innovation and improve performance
Leverage third-party research to stay ahead of global industry trends related to digital demand generation and multi-channel marketing
Desired Skills & Qualifications

10 years experience with complex B2B sales cycles and demonstrating marketing's impact on the business through business models, dashboards, and data
Exposure to and familiarity with a wide variety of marketing systems across multiple marketing disciplines
Strong analytical skills and a passion for creating stories with data
Experience working with teams and programs leveraging the SiriusDecisions Demand Funnel
Marketo Certified Expert or equivalent experience
Deep experience with DOMO and/or Tableau
Experience with demand funnel/attribution solutions like Full Circle Insights and/or Bright Funnel
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
