Execute the NIKE, Inc. Diversity & Inclusion Strategy across the enterprise, Converse and from WHQ to Geos, and with key external partners. Partner with the VP, Diversity & Inclusion to plan, communicate and execute multi-year strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the VP, D&I in engaging the D&I Executive Committee in their capacity as advisors, decision-makers in and champions of the critical strategies shaping the articulation and planning of the D&I agenda, including integrating the work of this Committee into the cadence, deliverables and execution of the D&I Annual Plan.
Create, communicate and monitor a multi-year set of annual operating plans to deliver the initiatives, programs and projects underpinning the NIKE, Inc. D&I Strategy.
Steward the planning, monitoring and reporting out of the annual portfolio of D&I initiatives, programs and projects across the D&I agenda, ensuring the D&I Strategy is elevated in every key external and internal transaction.
Analyze data and insights to identify, understand and articulate the key inputs and metrics that tell the story of the D&I strategy and its progress.
Identify, evaluate, engage key external partners to extend the principles, objectives and values of the D&I Strategy beyond the enterprise and into the community.
Develop and maintain NIKE’s key external partner relationships and internal partnerships with Global Community Impact (GCI), Government and Public Affairs (GPA), SB+I, Legal, HR and Corporate Communications.

Strategic Thinking & Planning – Able to evaluate the broader context of NIKE, Inc. and HR Team & Talent Strategies and initiatives to effectively align, integrate and plan D&I strategic and team deliverables & activities.
Change & Transition Management – Able to anticipate, evaluate and mitigate challenges and/or amplify opportunities to ensure effective communication, delivery and adoption of D&I strategic activities.
Collaboration & Influence – Able to identify, understand and work within the unique dynamics of stakeholders – both as individuals and as groups – to drive collaboration, influence and build & maintain effective relationships.
Stakeholder Management – Able to own and deliver the D&I Strategy and Vision in ways large and small to generate engagement, commitment and visible support with employees at all levels of the enterprise.
Creative Thinking & Problem Solving – Bring a confident, unique and productive point-of-view to the analysis, planning and resolution of planned work and unanticipated challenges. Leverage the insights of others to create actionable solutions.
