The Director, Finance - Global Digital Commerce will drive the overall global financial performance of our complex and rapidly expanding Digital Commerce/Seamless business. This individual will be a member of the Nike Global Digital finance team, responsible for leading one of Nike’s key, consumer focused, strategic priorities.

He/She will:
Drive forecasting and performance management of current fiscal year performance, proactively keeping management informed of results, and leading course correction actions when necessary
Lead the 3 year strategic and annual planning processes for Digital Commerce through the Integrated Marketplace (Nike.com, Nikeid and Global Stores), including the seamless strategy
Develop insights to highlight and influence priorities; deliver timely and relevant analyses to support decision making and catalyze action across the globe
Create investment prioritization and review framework to ensure we achieve expected ROI and deliver on strategic goals
Partner and collaborate across geography/category/function to develop a dynamic business planning function
Leverage industry leading Digital commerce metrics to institute KPI based performance review and analysis of results
Support the elevation of Digital controlling focus and ensure governance in place to maintain current accounting standards

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Business-related field with an emphasis in Finance and/or Accounting; MBA or advanced degree is preferred
Experience working in a fast paced, innovative Retail or consumer products Digital commerce business
8+ years' experience in finance, business/strategic planning, management consulting or related field
Project management, problem structuring, and strategic problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once
Experience in providing C level management support
Strong ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver presentations to senior leadership
Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
