As Director of Finance Strategy and Portfolio Management, you will help shape and drive the functional agenda by leading the business planning processes and aligning executive leadership to make our biggest opportunities a reality. You will serve as a critical thought partner to our senior leaders in charting the path forward for Finance & Strategy at Nike. You work through leaders to assist in the identification and evaluation of critical strategic priorities and/or opportunities, and to catalyze action against these priorities through strategic and long-range business planning and performance management. This role reports to the Senior Director of Finance Strategy & Operations and is an integral member of the Finance & Strategy Leadership Team.

Among your responsibilities:
Lead the strategic business planning process, including development of the 1 to 3+ year Strategic Plans
Manage and organize key strategic meetings, including the quarterly and annual business review cycles
Develop high-impact presentations and communication tools to communicate strategic plans across the organization and to executive leadership
Establish scorecard metrics to monitor the strategic plan and communicate progress and results
Own the portfolio management process, including prioritization, phasing and pacing of key initiatives to deliver against the functional and enterprise agenda
Serve as the innovation incubator for best-in-class/next generation functional capabilities to identify opportunities that will maximize the impact and productivity of the Finance & Strategy function
Drive project work streams to evaluate critical strategic growth opportunities and/or strategic priorities, and develop recommendations and executable plans to catalyze action
Lead quantitative and qualitative analytic work that unlocks business insights and drives sound decision-making on key business issues
Lead special projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred
Minimum of 6-8 years total experience (3 years experience post MBA) in corporate development, business development, corporate strategic planning, investment banking, management consulting, finance or related fields
Two additional years' experience in lieu of an advanced degree
Previous management consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm is highly preferred
Strategy development experience with global consumer enterprises and/or within finance or related function (including internal and/or consulting)
Strategic Framing, Scoping and Problem Solving : Desire to get beyond the abstract and general to deliver rigorous, nuanced and actionable recommendations; Proven ability to deliver insightful data analysis & synthesis that uncovers opportunities
Interpersonal/Influence: Align senior leaders and key stakeholders through excellent interpersonal skills, high EQ, and persuasion
Financial/Quantitative Analysis: Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models
Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and work with diverse, world-class talent that is empowered to bring the best of themselves to work every day
Proven track record of being results-oriented with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals
Demonstrated experience managing direct reports, as well as teams within large cross functional projects
Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
Strong executive presence
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to pass a criminal background check
