This position provides technical leadership for worldwide integration of the GPS-OCX system. Selected candidate must exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness to solve particularly difficult problems involving a diverse set of engineering disciplines. Candidate must be capable of analyzing and proposing cost effective integration solutions for technical challenges that have a long-term impact on the GPS-OCX program posture, and briefing these recommendations to the most senior levels of Raytheon IIS and Corporate leadership and the customer. Must have significant systems integration problem solving expertise, and be capable of garnering considerable respect both within the Raytheon GPS-OCX program and with the customer community.

Position requires significant experience (12 years+), at least 5 of which are in software integration, software test, systems integration, or systems test. Position requires background and/or training in some or all of the following advanced test techniques: Agile engineering, Test Automation, Design of Experiments.
Additionally, position requires “soft skills”, as close coordination with senior management, systems integration, software integration, and software development will be required.
Existing Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with Raytheon practices and processes.
Familiar with DoD customers
Experience as a line leader and supervisor for engineers
12+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in roles of increasing technical leadership responsibility, with recent experience in systems engineering and integration on $100M+ size contracts.
Required Education (including Major):
B.S. degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related scientific discipline.
M.S. degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related scientific discipline desired.
